Avis is an actor, writer, musician, and muti-faceted performing artist based in NYC. She is currently in her final semester at Boston University working towards earning a BFA in Acting with a concentration in Musical Theatre. Last year she spent a semester in London studying classical acting at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA). Outside of the performing Avis enjoys reading and is currently working towards writing a novel. Her favorite book is Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow by Gabrielle Zevin and she is currently reading All The Way To The River by Elizabeth Gilbert. You can find her on instagram @avisrussey.
